2. What data we handle

• Enquiry details you choose to send us: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, project or product details and your message. The quote form does not store anything on our server: it prepares a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp or email, so we only receive what you actually send.
• Technical visitor data processed by our hosting and security provider Cloudflare: IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, requested pages and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand overall traffic.
• Messages and calls you send us on WhatsApp or by email are handled in those services under their own terms.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and carry out a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the website secure and working, and to measure overall visits (legitimate interest: KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• To meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax records.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, and does not use cookie-based tracking at this time. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies or similar signals for security and bot protection. These do not require consent.

If we later add services such as Google Search Console statistics, Google Analytics or Google AdSense, we will update this page first and ask for your consent through a cookie notice before any non-essential cookie is set. You will be able to refuse or withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share data with

Only service providers needed to run the site and handle your enquiry: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, security, email routing), Google (Gmail mailbox for incoming email), and WhatsApp/Meta if you contact us there. Where providers are outside your country, transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards. We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the resulting business relationship, and then for the legal retention periods that apply to commercial records. Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for short periods under its own policy.

7. Your rights

You may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, correct or delete it, object to processing, restrict it, withdraw consent, and complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to your local supervisory authority. Send your request to export@mosspafurniture.com; we answer within 30 days.

8. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. This text is a general information notice and will be reviewed by our legal adviser.
